On 18 September, 2021 observing Science Day 2021 Decision Mentor team was invited on series of Leaders developing Leaders talk. Shashi Bhattarai and Sovit Poudel briefed on the basics of the theory behind the Decision Mentor, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), talked on the Stories of real life applications of AHP and virtual user workshop was conducted. Hands-on case of application of AHP using DecisionMentor was the part of the interactive workshop. The two and half hour session was participated by 30 participants. Feedback from the participants was good, conveyed message that the participant learnt a lot and enjoyed the workshop session.
The informal knowledge sharing session was moderated by Dr. Nawa Raj Khatidawa, Chairman of Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI). Earlier, Dr. Nawa Raj Khathidawa along with Shashi Bhattarai worked and disseminated application of AHP in the areas of commoner’s interest.
